Return & Exchange Policy – RONIQUE

  • يُسمح بمعاينة الطلب أمام المندوب فقط لمدة أقصاها 10 دقائق، للتأكد من أن القطع المستلمة هي نفسها المطلوبة من حيث المقاس والخامة.
  • في حالة عدم مناسبة الأوردر، يمكن إرجاعه فورًا مع المندوب، ويتم احتساب رسوم الشحن فقط.
  • حرصاً على راحتكم، نتيح لكم إمكانية استبدال القطع خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب. يرجى العلم أن عملية الاستبدال تتضمن رسوم شحن تغطي تكلفة استلام القطعة المستبدلة وتوصيل القطعة الجديدة.
  • تنويه هام: بعد مغادرة المندوب، لا يُقبل أي طلب استرجاع.
  • لا يوجد استبدال او استراجاع في العروض والخصومات
  • لا يُسمح بتجزئة الأوردر؛ إما استلام الأوردر بالكامل أو إرجاعه بالكامل.
  • في حال الموافقة على طلب الإلغاء أو الاسترجاع، يتم رد المبلغ خلال 7 أيام عمل بنفس طريقة الدفع المستخدمة في الطلب (Instapay أو Vodafone Cash او Visa).

  • Orders can be inspected in front of the courier only for up to 10 minutes to ensure that the received items match the requested size and material.
  • If the order is not suitable, it can be returned immediately with the courier, with shipping fees applied only.
  • Important notice: No returns is accepted after the courier leaves.

  • To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer an exchange option within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that a shipping fee applies to cover the courier service for both the collection of the original item and the delivery of the new one.

  • Items on sale or under promotions are also not eligible for exchange or return.
  • If the order is not suitable, it can be returned immediately with the courier, with shipping fees applied only.
  • For approved cancellations or returns, the refund will be processed within 7 business days using the same payment method used for the order (Instapay or Vodafone Cash or Visa).
