يتم توصيل الطلب خلال 3 ل 7 ايام عمل

رسوم الشحن
.رسوم الشحن تختلف حسب المحافظة، وسيتم تحديد التكلفة النهائية أثناء تأكيد الأوردر

معاينة الطلب عند الاستلام
يمكن للعميل معاينة الطلب عند وصول المندوب حتى 10 دقائق

ملاحظات مهمة
بعد مغادرة المندوب لا يمكن طلب تغييرات في الطلب أو استرجاع
غير متاح استلام جزئي للأوردر, الأستلام للأوردر بالكامل او استرجاعه بالكامل مع دفع مصاريف الشحن.
في حال حدوث أي تأخير خارج عن سيطرة Ronique، سيتم إعلام العميل فورا
